Natural USA Origin

Unique in the world of gems, American freshwater natural pearls are available in a fantastic array of shapes, colors and luster which gives us insight and appreciation to the combination of biochemistry and architectural gymnastics in forming these rare beauties. Originating from the Mississippi and Tennessee River and tributaries, our sustainably collected natural freshwater pearls include the famous wing, feather or angel-wing shape, cherished rosebud, extraordinary snail or turtleback shape and classic round, off-round, semi-round, half-round, near-round, bouton (button or domed shaped), and drop or teardrop shape.

The most plentiful are the organic, freeform white baroque shapes, yet we have a beautiful inventory of natural pink, lavender, tangerine, silver and golden color pearls in a variety of shapes and sizes. Because of our efforts with local wildlife resource agencies and regulations, the freshwater Unio mussels are protected and nurtured so the whims of nature can continue to work their magic. In nature, it’s a 1 in 10,000 chance of finding a natural pearl, but at our Nashville office, they are available every day.
